Ordered a refrigerator. Told it would be delivered on Thursday between Noon & 6 (first of all that is assinine, ALL other delivery services provide a 2 or 3 hour window, either you're first, in the middle or last) Then was told between 2 PM and 6 PM. Didn't show up. Nothing on the tracking site Thursday night, nothing friday morning now the site says Monday between 7AM and 1PM. Well, that's 97 hours late. Tried to cancel the order but can't. I will buy a refrigerator from a company that delivers when they say they will. I can't even reschedule the delivery. Guess the truck will show up and they will either leave it outside or take it back. NEVER will I order any thing from Best Buy again. I won't shop there unless I have to. Too bad for them they lost a customer.

Well, Best Buy was supposed to deliver the refrigerator Thursday. Now they say it will come Monday. No notification on Thursday that it wasn't coming. My son finally was able go get through on the phone and he was told the delivery truck came but no one was home. The truck DID NOT come as someone was home since 11AM Thursday. If the truck came they didn't ring the bell, didn't knock, didn't call. I'd say the delivery people didn't show up and are lying. Anyway, Best Buy is offering a 10% discount on the refrigerator and claim they credited the credit card already. SO THAT MEANS they charged me for something I don't have which in their POLICY says they don't charge until the product is delivered. So they LIE as well. I WILLNEVER EVER purchase anything from Best Buy again. I'd rather pay more from a store that has a great delivery record, delivers when they say they will, calls when they are running late and will work through the night to make all that days deliveries. Oh, by the way, I stayed up until 11PM Thursday waiting for Best Buy to come.
