On 8/30/2019 as scheduled I received my Samsung Refrigerator. The 2 delivery guys determined
that they could not bring this refrigerator up my stairs into my kitchen because it would require a 4 man team.
The delivery guys made a call to Best Buy and told them of the situation. The lady on the phone told my husband
that they would schedule a 4man team to come out asap.and call us back with a time and date.
8/30/2019 was a Friday. (The delivery guys said that they work throughout the weekend).
8/31/2019 Saturday no phone call received. 9/1/2019 Sunday no phone call received. 9/2/2019 Monday (Labor Day Holiday) office closed. On 9/3/2019 Tuesday i really expected a call from Best Buy. No phone call received.
I called Best Buy and was told they have reached out to someone and i would receive a phone call back,
By this time I have made several phone calls and explained my situation. On one of those calls i was told
that the delivery guys closed out the ticket at the end of the day 8/30/2019.
I was assured that this issue would be taken care of. After calling again I was told i would that it was a drop off and that they do not attempt to bring it up the stairs. On another call I was told that someone would call me back,
After about 10 phone calls and conversations i never once received a phone call as I had to make these phone
calls to BEST BUY! I made one last attempt to call and was told that Best Buy did their part by dropping off the
refrigerator and that the ticket was closed. So after 6 days without a refrigerator I had to find someone to
come out and move the refrigerator up to my kitchen, The guys damaged my 2k refrigerator and now I have
an unsightly refrigerator in my kitchen. I completely place the blame on Best Buy for not following through on their
promise to send a 4 man team out as well as no communication to me about anything! I would like a resolution to
this . Also please listen to every call that was made to Best Buy about this since "all calls are monitored and recorded". I want you to listen to these conversations so that you can see the amount of excuses that I received
about an issue that could have easily been handled if BB would have done what they said they were going to do.
My family has spent thousands of dollars in your stores throughout the years but I will not ever again if some kind
of resolution is not made.
