Appliance Delivery Delay

I ordered a double oven in April 2021. Aside from having it delayed multiple times our current estimated delivery for the appliance is April 2022…

Even with supply chain issues, this seems like a much longer time for us to have to wait to have our ovens delivered. Fortunately the rest of the $20K appliances we bought are supposed to be delivered in a few days, but after 1 year of waiting I’m at a point where I don’t even want it anymore and I just want my money back so I can get an oven that exists or actually will be delivered.

Anyone have any suggestions or any experiences similar to mine?
