Any suggestions--My assigned Best Buy Case Manager not responding

Any suggestions--having a problem with a damaged built-in refrigerator that was escalated to a Best Buy 'Case Manager' 2 weeks ago and still no calls from her.  Even though messages have been left for her  the case manager and her team no responses.


Any suggestions on numbers to call besides the standard 800 number?  I keep getting sent from department to department of just disconnected.
