I just want to first start off by welcoming you to the Best Buy Forums, though I wish it was under different circumstances, I'm glad you reached out to us. I can see how being rescheduled multiple times and lack of customer service provided on two separate occasions can leave a bad taste in your mouth, however I would like to reassure you that those are not our intentions. Since posting, has your issue been resolved?
