We went into Best buy to purchase a dishwasher that we needed right away. Nothing in stock everything had to be ordered. We finally found one on the floor open item we decided on this was 8-3-20. Earliest delivery date 8-8. Tech came out installed it explained how to work it and left when we try to use it nothing jappens. Calls customers service can never get through. Husband goes into the store spoke with a representative and was told tech would be out in 2-3 days to check. Of course tech never showed up. Called chat line and explained what happened no apology for my in convince very rude agent who offered no help. By this time i am really frustrated so i said have the tech come back to uninstall the dishwasher, was given earliest date of 8-27. Decided to Call customer service on the 14th 4 times 2 of those times I was hung up on before I could even explain what's going on. Finally get a service person in the store very apologetic (at least she tried to help) claims she text the tech who did the original install to see if he can come and check. I was assured the tech would call the same day and check to see what was going on. Again a no show. The date that was given for the tech to come back and pick the dishwasher up is 8-27. We will then have been without a dishwasher for almost a month. I may have considered getting another dishwasher from Best Buy but after this I will not be patronizing Best Buy for anything else. Would love to get an earlier date for pick up but I guess at this point that's a pipe dream. Hope no one else has to go through customer service like this.
