And ANOTHER Delivery/Customer Service FORMAL COMPLAINT

FYI - I posted this else where. You can deleted it because it would not let me..

 

Ordered online a washer/dryer. Scheduled delivery was between 12 pm to 6 pm. I was okay with that because I can get off work at 11:45 & make it home for 12.  Kept waiting for a call to get a better time frame between these times.  Finally got tired of waiting & went on line to check order status & LO & BEHOLD my delivery time is between 11 & 1.  Never received a call or spoke to a human to verify any of this.  Called to change the time to 12 & was told there was absolutely nothing they can do.  Call the complaint # & was told that this an automated scheduling & there was nothing they could do. Told them that I wanted to make a complaint so may be one day enough complaints wouild get this bull changed.    Was told they could rescheudule to Friday, I asked them what was I supposed to do without a washer & dryer. I was told they didn't know, basically implied it was my problem. . Now I am going to have to miss work to make this appt. & the sad part about this as well is that I if I hadn't decided to check my online status I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOW ABOUT THE TIMES.  Last time I checked I was the Customer and  I just spent MY money for this, now I am going to have to miss pay to take care of this  & if I would have known that this was going to happen I would have went elsewhere.

Best Buy - I just got an approved credit card from you. Once again - If I would have known any of this, I would have not bothered & will in the future spend my money elsewhere.

And after reading other peoples complaints about lack of delivery,,,,,I'm beginning to wonder....
