Alarm installation damage

Approximately three weeks ago, i reported damage to my vehicle in excess of 1400 dollars. The claim was filed per store manager and installer, i was told cedwig? Would be calling me. They have yet to call and damage is starting to rust. How do i get assistance?

Called the number, they said they dont deal with that and id have to call another location

We recommend connecting back with your local store so they can help provide you the necessary claim information to move forward.

I called the store, they changed their phone menu and now its impossible to reach any human
