Add me to the list of people Sedgwick isn’t responding to

Yup, you guessed it. No response from them for a month and a half. Countless emails, voicemails, messages in their nifty “mysedgwick” claims app. I have done everything asked. Submitted quotes, provided information, etc. Not only is it extremely upsetting that a geek squad employee damaged my hardwood floors because he was too lazy to pickup my old microwave during the install of the new one. Instead deciding to push it from my kitchen to the front door. But the worst part is being ignored by Sedgwick. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been through all the other posts on this site and followed all the information. Called all the numbers and still crickets. I will certainly rethink who I do business with anytime I need anything Best Buy sells
