Thank you for reaching out!  Kayla and I have been working with cjg2614 to get this COI for your delivery, but we’ll still need some additional information from you before we’re able to do so. 

 

I see Kayla sent you a private message requesting this information, but we haven’t heard back yet, so we’re unable to request this COI for you.  If you’d like to read Kayla’s message and send us the information requested, I’ll be happy to continue this process.
