I was suppose to have appliances delivered on June 5th only to have it canceled for no reason. An explanation could not be provided to me. I rescheduled as told after calling Delivery phone number. I rescheduled to June 9th only to have my delivery canceled for the second time. I called again and was told to rescheduled which I did again for the third time to be delivered today June 11th. My appliances have been canceled for a 3rd time again with no reason or explanation. I have spoke to two supervisors from the delivery team. No one can seem to help me or explain anything to me! You all are about to lose a value customer. At this rate I will cancel my order, and never do business with BB again.
