APPLIANCES NOT DELIVERED AND IN TRANSIT

Our appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, June 29th. We just moved into our home and have NO appliances. Our delivery was cancelled and we received an email telling us to call to reschedule. We did. We were told the delivery person got injured and our items were in transit and to call back in 24 hours. It is WAY past 24 hours and we were told our items are still in transit meaning we can’t reschedule a delivery appointment and we are in a holding pattern. We can’t get a refund and we can’t get our items delivered. We have a six month old who relies on breast milk for nourishment and I can’t even store any milk in a fridge for her because Best Buy has not delivered!!!! This is extremely frustrating and I am concerned about my daughter’s wellbeing! On top of it I have contacted Best Buy with NO call backs.

I sent you a private message Scott as you asked. I look forward to answers and solutions and not being asked to wait around for a warehouse to update the status because we’ve been waiting forever now and this is completely unnacceptable.
