I had a wine refrigerator that was covered under Geek Squad protection. When it stopped working, I was told to go to the store and have them order a replacement. I did this and almost 3 weeks later the old one is gone, but the new one is not yet delivered. Online it shows the order status as being delivered to the correct address but it was not in fact delivered (I was home all day and delivery was never attempted). I have called appliance support multiple times (speaking to 8 different people) and each time I was told I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours, but I have never heard from anyone, not even once. The last person I spoke with, told me to go to a nearby store (the original store I went to for the return/exchange has since closed permanently) and speak with a store manager even tho it will be for an order they had nothng to do with.
This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Does anyone have any ideas on what i should do now? I am at my wits end!!

Did exactly what you asked yesterday. It's now late afternoon and -- like every other Best Buy customer service/support person, I don't hear anything more after they promise I will hear back from them with my problem fixed .... don't believe the hype, this is the REAL Best Buy.
I bought an appliance and the extended warranty/GSP, and so I called Geek Squad when I had a problem ... 3+ weeks later, I have NOTHING to show for it but a HUGE amount of time wasted, and I have gotten nothing but the run-around from the now TWELVE Best Buy employees that I have spoken (or now, written) with ...
I am going to hunt down the corporate office address for Best Buy and send the nastiest letter I can write and post it everywhere!
