6 months later and I still do not have the dishwasher I ordered. Where is my dishwasher?

I ordered several appliances way back in March of this year. I have received all but the dishwasher. The delivery for the dishwasher has been rescheduled several times. Can anyone please tell me where my dishwasher is?

The really insulting part is that I have read reviews on BestBuy's website for the exact dishwasher I ordered months ago and the reviews are from people that have recently received their dishwasher. Why have I not received mine???

Although I wish your visit to our Support Forums were under more fortunate circumstances, I do appreciate you contacting us for assistance.  Having to wait for a dishwasher or any major appliance to be delivered would be a frustrating experience, so to hear you’ve been waiting since March for your delivery is especially disheartening.

 

I’d like to look into your order further, and offer any additional assistance I can, however, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need from you.  For me to do begin my research, I’ll ask you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
