Ordered a Thermador Dishwasher online, which I was assured was in stock. Delivery was scheduled for 7/12, then 7/15, 7/16, 7/19 and 7/22. Just received an email stating it is now scheduled for 7/27. I have spoken to BB support nearly a dozen times. Each person I speak with has a different answer to where the dishwasher is. Some say it's in transit, others say it has been received at the Phoenix warehouse. How is the horrible customer service occuring? Someone certainly should have the correct answer. Best Buy should be embarressed.

I see that Best Buy has has over 11,000 Better Business complaints in the last 3 years. Now I know why. It's the horrible service and slow responses.

In all fairness, every company will have their downfall. Complaints about a company just does not begin with the BBB. It can originate on other consumer complaint mediums as well.
Unfortunately with all companies there is bound for a margin of error to happen which the company always tries to make right. Nobody can be pleased 100% but all companies value their customers equally and does not intend intentionally for these consumer issues to occur.
If you have not already I'd reach out to the moderator to come to an agreement with this issue.

Unfortunately, they have not made any attempt to make it right. I don't dissagree with much of what you stated, but I'm not implying they they should be 100% perfect and please every customer. I operate multple retail companies myself, so I know that is not possible. However, ignoring the problem does not make it go away.

Hello spaullin. I didn't receive a response back, however I can see that you're speaking with another agent and they're working on finding a resolution for you. I know you're appointment was pushed back a couple of times, so hopefully your dishwasher will be delivered soon.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this issue. I am having an equally disappointing experience with Best Buy Delivery and Installation. I am sending nothing but positive thoughts your way and I hope someone is able to get you the support and service you paid for and deserve.
