40 Days & Counting with Microwave STILL NOT installed!

I purchased a brand new microwave that cost over $600 on May 18th. It took two weeks to arrive, then when the crew came to install it, they couldn’t because some of the granite came up too high on the back splash. So, we had to get carpenters out to cut a small pieces out.since then we have been calling and caulking Best Buy to reschedule the install. It won’t allow us to do it online. Because of that we’ve both spent hours on the phone trying to get in touch with a real live person that could help us. It’s absolutely ridiculous! We have no idea even if the microwave works or not. AND because it’s past the 30 days, so we can’t return it. I’m really very very angry to have spent that kind of money, and am stuck just looking at it in the box in a corner in the kitchen! No one will help us when we call and when someone finally picks up after we’ve spent hours on the phone trying to talk to someone, they can’t help us. I’m sick of this. I paid for my microwave to be installed 40 days ago snd no one is making arrangement. I’m ready to contact the Attorney General for fraud. ,

Well, if they’d just answer the phone and come install it, I wouldn’t have a problem with them. They are ignoring this and I am sick of it. My husband and I have literally spent hours trying to just contact someone who would just set up a time and install. Everyone we talk to says they can’t help us. Why do thry have a number for help that leads to no help??????
