This is the 4th delivery (excluding 1 weather delay) attempt that has failed and I have spent way too many hours of my time trying to have a Samsung refrigerator ($3K+) delivered with a 4-person team due to 1-flight of stairs. I have rescheduled this delivery 3 times to specifically request a 4 person team, only to have a two person team this morning AGAIN show up and say they cannot deliver. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other, GS blaming BB, delivery blaming GS/BB, etc. I am planning to cancel this order, despite having to wait 4 months backorder, simply due to the incompetence of BestBuy to delivery products when scheduled and how scheduled to their customers. I will not be doing business with BestBuy ever again, and please others, be forewarned.
