Hi. Curious if anyone can point me to an email to complain and cancel my order for a washer. Ordered June 7th alongside a dryer, same brand and set. My dryer arrived June 25th with no issues. My washer was supposed to, but the day before they rescheduled. Okay, fine. July 10th was the new date for washer. I got TWO calls to confirm my delivery the day of, and waited patiently, but again, no washer. The next day after NO delivery when your website said it'd been delivered at 12:35pm, you text me and ask me to reschedule. I now have to pick two back to back days to have it delivered and then installed and haul away for the day after. I rescheduled for the 20th and 21st of July. Today, I get texts to confirm my appointments for those days, and 4 hours later, those days have yet again been rescheduled to the 27th and 28th. At this point, I highly regret my purchase with you guys because there is mixed and bad communication all around. I would rather buy with another company that isn't going to waste my time or money as my washer was the most important purchase out of the set (my current isn't washing clothes well and is dying, but what can you expect from a 90s machine?)
