2 no call no shows - 2 months no refund

I bought a Proform Tredmill and a Proform Eliptical from Best Buy on 5/9/2022.  After 2 no call no shows, me taking off work for those two days I cancelled my order.  I talked to Best Buy over the phone and they appoligized and said they canclled my order on their end and I should be getting my $1,300.00 refunded.  

 

After 5 calls to Best Buy I still haven't received my refund. (It is now 7/26/2022.  The order is stuck in the system saying on truck for delivery.  (It has been on truck for delivery for 6 weeks now)  I guess Bust Buy doesn't know how to fix this problem and decided to let me hang.  

 

Today when I called they said they escalated the claim and I will get a call from Best Buy within 2 hours and they will make everything right.  5 hours later, I'm still waiting for the promised call.  Since it is $1,300.00 I can't just turn my back and chalk it up as a loss.  To me, $1,300 is a lot.

 

If anybody has any advice on how I can get my refund please let me know.  Heck, it's not like I just changed my mind...  I waited 2 days for a delivery.  (Which Best Buy assured me I would get)  Tired of dealing with them, just want my money back.  I already went someplace else and bought the equipment.
