2 hour and 37 min wait to speak to customer service....

We had a refrigerator delivered on Thursday and the door alarm would not stop going off and the installers said they could not install the water line, as I paid for, but yet my husband had no problem doing it.  They claimed the parts were not correct.  Anyway, the door alarm would not stop so the installer said he would call it in and someone would be in touch.  No one called.  I want to return this fridge, but cannot get through to customer service through the number that I was given.  I spent HOURS on Thursday trying to remedy this, called and left a callback yesterday afternoon and no one has called and now just called and the wait time is 2 hours and 37 minutes, with no callback option.  I cannot stay on hold for that long!  HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FRIDGE AND GET A REFUND?!?!?  It is defective!

UPDATE:  I did call the customer service number a little later and the wait time was down to 46 mins, with the ability to give a callback number.  I was told I would get a callback in approximately 46 minutes.  That was two hours ago.  This is frustrating!  Any suggestions on what I shoud do????
