On Oct 10,2020 I purchase a LG Washer and LG Dryer ( from the Best Buy Outlet in Marlton NJ, they were in great shape and only had minor scratches. Upon delivery on 10/27 ish the washer was completely mangled, the frame was completely bent to the point whetre the washer couldnt even open without a ton of force. I refused the delivery and headed immediatley to the Best Buy outlet. The manager was nice and set up an exchange for a different set but this time a Samsung Washer & Dryer which was scheduled to be delivered 11/4/2020. Upon delivery of those units the washer was again damaged beyond repair so I had to again refuse that delivery as well. I went back to the store and told them that due to the constant delivery problems I would just pick everything up myself. I took it all home and hooked everything up myself. I am very frustrated with the constant issues with Best Buys deliveries, I waited almost a month for my appliances during which times I had to use the Laundromat which cost money along with the constant back and forth to the Best Buy outlets to pick new units. I would like some sort of compensation for this amount of incoveneicne. I am a Best Buy Elite Member and Cardholder and have been for years. I like best buy and would love to continue being a loyal customer but I would like you guys to make this right
