16k fridge purchased 3+ months ago. 4 visits by installation team. Fridge setup still incomplete.

Hi Best Buy,
I need support resolving a case. 
I purchased a 16k fridge through Pacific Sales. 
We had an inspector come out to make sure the fridge will fit in our kitchen. 
We had our first installation team come out and leave without completing installation and mentioning that there were missing parts. 
We had a second installation team come out to say that the first team did a poor job with installation.
We had a third installation team come out to try to fix things but actually drill more holes into our cabinet and make the fridge not optimally usable. 
How do you suggest I deal with this.
