Yes ... All laptops come with them. They are called "Chargers". You can choose to keep your laptop plugged in all the time like a desktop.
Something to keep in mind. Every 3 days your laptop loses its "full charge" plugged in and at that time it starts to recharge to full power.
Based on my experience, Laptop batteries can only be charged "X" amount of times. The amount it can be charged total depends on its capacity.... Average battery life is about 1 to 1 1/2 years.......
But even when your battery dies you can always use your laptop via your charger
