learning seminars

I recently bought a new tablet. While making the purchase the clerk told me there are classes offered [at the store?] to introduce me to my new device, or master a program etc. I have looked on your website but do not find any further information on this. Must I go back to the store to inquire further?

Re: learning seminars

the only thing I personally know about is this:

http://www.geeksquad.com/do-it-yourself/

Maybe somebody else on here knows something else though. i wish you the best of luck with finding out the seminar information. I would be curious myself to learn about any actual seminar programs(as I could direct clients there)

Re: learning seminars

Some stores are Connected Stores and offer assistance in answering questions on how to use your product. Actually showing you how to use it is a $30 fee
I used to work for Best Buy as an Apple Specialist, but all my comments, posts and opinions are my own and do not in anyway reflect Best Buy. Mostly because I think the exact opposite as Best Buy anyway Smiley Tongue

Re: learning seminars

If it is a Samsung Tablet and the store has a Samsung dedicated area (Also known as the Samsung Experiance Store) the Samsung represenatives will be the ones holding the classes. At my store it is one Tuesdays and Saturdays at 1 PM. Other stores may be different.

If it is an iPad the Apple represenative would have information on classes.
