Thats very unfortunate.
unfortunatly nobody here will be able to tell you how to do what you want. I am afraid reset disks may be your best option.
However, there should be an option for password recovery
Most of the normal options are to create a disk for recover when you first start your machine.

Hi Perettman5,
Welcome to our community. Being unable to login to any account would be frustrating, but being unable to log into your computer at all is one of the most inconvenient things I can think of. I wish I had better news, but @bobberuchi is pretty spot-on here. You may need to use a recovery disk to reset your computer’s operating system.
With that said, you may wish to contact Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778 or schedule an appointment online at your local Best Buy store to explore further options.
Best of luck!

There is a solution out there that I know of that's 100% free but due to the forum terms of service I am unable to post it here or share as we don't know if you are the legal owner of the PC or not. Nothing that I am accusing you of, it's just anyone can come on here saying they got locked out.
A Microsoft Store may be able to assist you as Windows is their product but you may have to prove you own it for them to help you.
Other than that, ask your local Geek Squad about the price of recovering your computer.
