insignia tablet

I started to get a message that says- unfortynately, the process com. google.process.gapps has stoped

this is in a insignia tablet im wondering how to fix this problem.

If the Google factory apps are installed, chances are you have a limited amount of memory for the system to feel comfortable. Press the Square button to see the list of running apps. Swipe to shut them down, reboot your tablet and try again.

whenever I have issues with my tablet the answer tends to me available memory
