I have a Flex 11.6 tablet and the screen won't respond to touch on the left side. When I touch the right side, the cursor appears on the left side. When I try to calibrate, as the left side doesn't work, I can't touch the crosshairs in the corner. Is there a fix for this? Model # NS-p11w7100-c

Please call insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see what kind of troubleshooting is possible. This may require hands-on service eventually, which Geek Squad should be able to provide

I had the same trouble and got the runaround when keeping in touch with Insignia support, unfortunately. I'm wondering if I would receive some concrete help here in the forums.

Insigina support was no help. They didn't even try any troubleshooting over the phone. Maybe the touch screen drivers are corrupt. I was told to bring the tablet in.
