Welcome to the forum.  Google Cloud Print is a great way to print wireless from virtually any device, and we appreciate you wanting to upgrade your printer at Best Buy.  After doing some quick searching, I was able to come up with a few models that may suit your needs.  Feel free to look them over (particularly the Specifications section) and let me know if there's anything in particular I can answer for you.

Call me old fashioned but I have an HP Envy 4520 Printer / Scanner and I am very satisfied with it. It does not have a Fax built in but if you do a Google Search, there are sites that let you send X amount of faxes for free online each day. All you need to do is use the built in Windows Fax and Scan app part of Windows 10, scan to Document (default profile for color)

And use the online fax services.

I rarely see actual faxes in use these days in an age of technology where everyone can exchange information securely.
