Hi, MichaelAsh,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and for joining our community. Having your touch screen inverted must be a frustrating experience.
My best advice is to reach out to Insignia support here. There are no drivers posted at the Insignia site, but that team may be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi, MichaelAsh,
Having your local Geek Squad look at it may be the best solution if the support email isn’t able to provide drivers. You can set up a reservation here, if it comes to that.

Yeah but it doesn't make sense for geek squad to look at something so old it run out of warranty I'm sure and is discontinued so it probably isn't worth it to pay them to look at i really just need the driver files.

Hey Ash,
Personally, I would try to use a software like Driver Booster (free) which can try to automatically update your drivers for you and see what happens
{removed per forum guidelines}
Just download the free version not the paid and your good to go.
Let me know how what goes
