My Insignia bluetooth adapter used to work but it stopped recently. I'm not sure if it's from a Windows 10 update or not, but I can't seem to find a fix for it. It doesn't even show up anymore in device manager.

Welcome to the Insignia community. With Bluetooth becoming more ubiquitous, having it on your computer is a huge benefit.
Can you try removing that adapter and plugging in to a different USB port? That may help getting this working. If that doesn't help, do you have a second computer you can try the adapter in?
