I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that will not bootup.  Windows XP begins the bootup but goes to a black scren and then goes back and starts to bootup again.  It will not complete the bootup.  Any ideas about the cause or the solution will be appreciated.  Microsoft has been no help.

Sounds like one of the Windows Files is Missing And or Corrupt to give ya a broad idea.
