Will the RTX series 30 be available on shelves at Best Buy on the 25th? Or will it only be online?

I figure that I won’t have a good chance at getting any of the series 30’s online so I was wondering if they will also be on shelves in stores?

I have not seen any information indicating there would be any available on the 25th.
