Hello gloriawilliams,
My first suggestion would be to attempt to turn off both the router, modem, and computer for at least 5 minutes. Once that time period has elapsed, I would boot up the modem first and allow all the lights to go green, then the router and allow all of the lights there to show as ready, and finally the computer. Attempt to reconnect once that's complete.
If the above doesn't work, I would say that step 2 would be to reset the router. This can usually be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the router (usually located in the back) for about 15 to 30 seconds. I'd also turn off the modem and computer prior to doing this and following the above startup sequence once the router has reset.

What @Dave-BBY suggested is exactly what I would have suggested. However, if they dont' work.
Are you able to connect other devices to the router and are you having the same issue.
If no other devices are having the issue.
Have you tried updating the drivers on your Mac?
Try reconnecting on the laptop end.
Try clearing the CACHE on your MAC
Chances are pretty good though that the prior steps should take care of it.

Hey David,
Thanks for your suggestion, i tried both ways. Its really frustrating when we need fast internet and router showing errors.
I restart my device, my router everything, but its not working. I think its something technical issue or anything else....

Is it just your computer or any device having the issue

Hello gloriawilliams,
As bobberuchi wrote, do any other device have issues connecting to your router or is it just this laptop?

Hello gloriawilliams,
Then that would mean there is an issue somewhere in the laptop either caused by a setting, a software issue, or hardware related. Because there are a multitude of different causes and even more solutions I would suggest making an appointment with and visiting your local Geek Squad. They'll be able to look over the issue for you and see what the best course of action to remedy it will be.
