I bought a Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 (GA503QR-211.ZG15) laptop in December of last year at a local best buy, which turned out to be defective since the laptop overheats too easily. Maxed fan speed and my cpu is still getting 95C+ while using like 10-20%. I went to the Asus rma page, which tells me to contact best buy and set up an appointment, which I did. Went to that appointment, and was notified that they can’t do anything about the warranty and I have to pay for it to be fixed…
How can I get this laptop fixed? I only have 1 month left on warranty and don’t want to pay $200.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us on The Best Buy Forums page. Having a laptop that is defective is not ideal. Good thing you are covered by the manufactures warranty. You would need to get in contact with the ASUS team to take advantage of your manufactures warranty. If you click here, it will take you to the ASUS website where you can get in touch with the ASUS team.
If you have any more questions, please let me know.
