Tip for installing Bluetooth 4.0 adapter in Windows 10
Windows 10 does not download neither install some devices automatically. It is necessary to go into "Check for Updates", click "Optional Updates", select desired adapters (updates), and click "Download and install". I managed to install Insignia USB Bluetooth Adapter (NS-PCY5BMA2) and use it this way successfully.
