Hello,
Actually actively searching for a new computer for work, I would like to participate in the Surface Book 3 test. How to participate to the program?
I am professional developer in Microsoft technologies, and also sometimes teacher at university.
I heard about the new Surface Book 3 and actually searching for a 16 or 32 Gb RAM version.
Is there a possibility to get the machine to test and review it?

Your best bet would be to get in contact with a Professional Developer in Microsoft Technologies as they would be in the front line with Microsoft on that kind of information.
Best Buy would not be participating in any sort of test program for a Surface 3
However, as it is already available for purchase it is well beyond any test phase.
I am not a Best Buy employee and all opinions are my own

First let me say I got this from BestBuy as part of the BESTBUY Tech Insider network in return for an unbiased review of the Microsoft Surface 3 13” with 32gb memory and a 512gb SSD and Intel 10th generation i7 processor model i7-1065G7 with integrated graphics chip and an NVIDIA GeoForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q graphics chip.[...]

Before I begin, I want to be clear that I was provided this laptop through my affiliation with the Tech Insider Network. Reviewers in this invitation-only program are provided products for the purpose of writing honest, unbiased reviews. I stick to my unbiased portion of that review and always based my review on how I would feel if I had just spend retail price for the product I was provided.[...]

The Tech Insider Network is by invite only. People selected for this program are selected based on the number and quality of reviews they have left on Best Buys web site. It is not something you go looking for.
Actually never heard of it myself untily you brought it up. Most of the hits on it are people posting how much they want to get free stuff.
I did manage to find a direct link to The Insider Network but it would not work for someone unless they were pre-authorized.
How do I register?
At this time, participation in the Best Buy Tech Insider Network Program is by invitation only. If you've received an invitation, click the link in the email to begin the registration process.
