Is there anyway to get the DETAILED specifications for gaming desktops you sell? I am looking to get a desktop with a 2080 Ti card with NVME SSD (or, at least an M2 slot that is NOT sata). However, its impossible to determine that based on whats shown in existing specs.
Are their details specs (i.e. mother board brand/manufacturer etc.)?? I am eagerly wanting to get another desktop... but, don't have access to the details to make the decision. Any help/insight is appreciated! Thank you!

If the specs on Best Buy's site aren't sufficient, you should be able to Google the model number of whichever product you're interested in and review more info on the manufacturer's site. An alternate option if you haven't narrowed down it down to a few models yet is to do a wider search on Google and then gather a few model numbers to search on BestBuy.com.
I am a former Best Buy employee. While here to help, the opinions presented by me on this site do not represent the views or decisions of Best Buy and its affiliates. Authorized company representatives identified with -BBY after their names are able to address specific concerns or inquiries in greater detail.

The Spec BB displays are generated by the manufacturers.
One thing to note is that things like motherboard are not consistent . You may have a Brand X Model Y built in November 2019, and another of the same Brand and Model built in April 2020 and they will have the same specs but they may have different brands of components inside.
If you want that detailed listing of the specs you may have to go to the manufacturers web site.

There has been a few great points made here! I especially want to echo the point about components changing. This is especially common with PSUs.
I did want to share one great way to get information on the PC you are looking at. Let's use this awesome computer as an example. If we scroll down to the "From the Manufacturer" section, it'll often give us great information about specific parts! For example, the above PC states:
High-speed memory: Kingston's 16GB Dual Channel HyperX™ FURY DDR4 XMP at 2666MHz.
This allows us to know exactly what RAM is in the computer and can function as a great source of information for many of the parts!

Thanks - in some cases (like the one you supplied) the manufacturer actually supplies some of the information. Really though, adding search criteria for things like the ssd interface (i.e. is it pcie/nvme/sata/sataIII) would be very helpful. Including that as well as the ram specs (i.e. 2400/3000 or what) would be a big step in the right direction. While the manufacturer may change some of the brand name components - the overall specs should be the same.
Going to the manufacturers site isn't helpful as they have 20 variations of the same thing... making it impossible to determine which one you're actually selling.
