So video card over heating shutting off screen.. I restart laptop and upon load up its telling

me their is a error with my sound card -no output device is installed-

Am I covered with a psp and a accidental warrentys??

This doesn't seem to be a heat issue. If there are errors in the registry, something (a virus) could have have messed up your computer severely. If you are certain it's a heat issue, leave the laptop off for a couple of days and then do a complete system restore. Make sure you back up all your files before doing so.

Yes, you are covered if you have those plans Definently take advantage of your benefits. You came to this forum not too long ago with overheating issues and it sounds like your computer is starting to get worse. Better to get it looked at now, then to wait until the last day your warranty and plans expire.

Remember, it is hard to say what will and will not be covered under a valid Performance Service Plan (PSP) until the computer is diagnosed. I would not want to mislead you with a general statement on coverage without having all the information firsthand.
