Hello! There's something odd going on with the Cintiq 13hd drawing tablet I bought back in May of 2016. The boarder of the tablet itself seems to be coming up, and its worrying me that it could cuase issues in the future. Everything right now seems to be working normally, so thats good I guess. I was wondering if there was any way I could have it fixed, or refunded as credit to get a new one. I've taken great care of it (just having it sit on my desk), no scratches or anything like that. Is it too late for me,as I have no protection play with geeksquad. Its really bothering me, buecase I'm pretty much still paying on it. :<

Hi MontaMcLaughlin –
As you purchased your tablet only last May it is likely still under manufacturer warranty. Thanks to our many manufacturer partnerships, Geek Squad is often able to perform repair services on products purchased from us covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you purchased your tablet from us I recommend setting up a reservation at your local Geek Squad Precinct to see what options we can offer, otherwise you should reach out to Wacom Support directly for assistance though their warranty process.
Regards,
