You should be fine with 98% of games and 8 gigs of ram, so you dont have to upgrade. Howerver I do know you can purchase the RAM through Dell and they can tell you of a local service center in your area that is one of their supported repair\install companies or you can see if they will dispatch someone to you house for the install. If your warranty is through Best Buy just talk to Geek squad and see if they can install the RAM after you purchase it to avoid any issues with the warrnty.
