Cannot update software for this Tablet. Fails install at 32%. Have read many forums that all say a re-flash is necessary with Odin and then I can update to current Android OS. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not savvy enough a geek to perform above mentioned process.

Also have appointment at Best Buy Geek Squad next week and need to know specifically if they can accomplish the task and can I wait for it while in store?
