When I use the roll bar on my mouse on the internet, it scrolls 5 times without stopping.  It's very annoying and it didn't used to do this.  It doesn't do this in any other program (Word, Excel, etc.) just on the internet.  The only way I can page up or down is using the scroll bar to the right in order to not lose where I was.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

Try going to the control panel and looking through the mouse options and for the scroll bar. If not there try thoroughly look through the internet options. You may find the problem there.
