Hi,
I purchased an Insignia tablet NS-P10A8100K with keyboard.
After less than a year, the keyboard snapped off.
Can I purchase a replacement keyboard? Frankly, I expect a $300 tablet to last more than that. A generic bluetooth keyboard is not a solution as long as the tablet cannot be snapped onto it to serve as a mini laptop.
Thanks,
R.

Hi, cjelli,
I appreciate you posting your question in Best Buy’s online community!
Having a product that is no longer functional can be frustrating, and I will be happy to provide you with alternatives that can possibly help you find a satisfactory solution.
If you are looking for the keyboard replacement, I would encourage you to connect with Insignia Support by calling them at (877) 467-4289.
You mention that the product was purchased less than a year ago if you have not done so, visit one of our local Best Buy stores, and have one our techs diagnose the tablet to determine if the limited warranty is applicable. Schedule an in-store appointment here.
If you have any other questions, please let me know!
