hi guys i want to buy a laptop and i need some help with wich laptop finaly pick, my budget its a around 650 or a little more. so can you tell me wich  is the best laptop for that budget?

Lenovo is a great brand , I used to own a Lenovo desktop and everytime I called tech support I got someone in America who spoke fluent english and not an outsourced call center like some computers ive owned...

Keep in mind that Lenovo's recovery solution for laptops and desktops are a bit sketchy and you will want to purchase DVD Media along with your laptop to create your recovery discs since most manufacturers dont include them by default anymore.

Lenovo also has user to user customer support forums powered by Lithium, the company who also powers these forums.

The Intel Integrated chips have improved over the year, so it should be able to run games like WOW at reasonable detail settings with a bit of tweaking. Its got 2gb ram so that is plenty for Vista.
