REAL WORKING LINK for Insignia NS-P10W8100 Flex Tablet with Keyboard

[ Edited ]

TO ALL USERS OF THIS TABLET,

The link to get the USER MANUAL FOR THIS PRODUCT is at the following:

{removed per forum guidelines}

In case BB is wondering, your suggestion to check the support tab on the product page only has the 8.9 Tablet with different specs and therefore of no use to the users of this tablet.

Hope this helps another user who can save an hour of their time in finding the manual.

Re: REAL WORKING LINK for Insignia NS-P10W8100 Flex Tablet with Keyboard

Greetings, ptishberg, and welcome to our community.

It appears this tablet has been discontinued, which is likely the reason why supporting documentation has been removed from our website. I hope your tablet is functioning just fine, but if you have any questions, please feel free to let us know. We're happy to help however possible.

Thanks for posting,

Re: REAL WORKING LINK for Insignia NS-P10W8100 Flex Tablet with Keyboard

Inexpensive tablets running Windows are, by in large, gone.

Best Buy's in house "Insignia" brand no longer has any such devices. I have my doubts that any new low priced Windows tablets will be introduced.

Manufacturers...such as Dell and HP, are offering entry level 2-in-1s and/or laptops. Such units contain low end procesors coupled with eMMC or hard drives.

Re: REAL WORKING LINK for Insignia NS-P10W8100 Flex Tablet with Keyboard

Greetings Best? Buy Moderator,

It astounds me that you would remove my HELPFUL information from your website.

I provided a link to a manual with 77 pages of product-specific documentation (THE INSIGNIA USERS MANUAL) which was lacking on your webpage.

In fact, the documentation shown on the BB webpage for the product Insignia 10.1 Flex Tablet model number NS-P10W8100 was anything but that product; it was for a completely different tablet.

So removing that link not only frustrates all other users who now would need to search this product in manulib.com to get the document but it shows a clear and directed approach of providing LESS SUPPORT from best buy.

The claim in the forum response proffered that it was discontinued and therefore documentation removed.  I would agree if there was no documentation.

However, providing misleading an unusable documentation for a product is not only frustrating on many levels but would only lead me to believe that BB would like it if all customers call or get assistance from your organization rather than they help themselves.

Shame on you for that egregious activity.
