I found a new Gaming Desktop that I was going to purchase but I saw that shipping was not available nor is it available in shipping.

For a majority of items sold on BestBuy.com it's a matter of bookmarking your favorite site and visiting regularly as stock and inventory of a given item can change rapidly. You may find it's in stock for an hour and might not be the next. Depends on how popular an item is. 

Like all shipments Best Buy won't know when they get X amount of a certain item. Store carried merchandise is a different thing though because if it's a regularly carried item, experienced store workers may be able to give you an estimate based on shelving the products from the shipping boxes.
