I brought in my Samsung Chromebook on October 14, 2019 to fix a bright spot (one or more pixels may have been damaged). The laptop was still under manufacturer warranty.
I received some messages within a couple of days indicated that it had been shipped to a service center and that a part(s) had been ordered.
It is now over 2 weeks and I have not received any new updates since the initial set of notices.
Also, the GS/Best Buy system no longer seems to recognize my service number - it just replies "Order not found. Call 1-800-433-5778 for help."
Reading through some of the posts in this forum TRULY FRIGHTENS me, especially when I hear people waiting for many weeks (4-6 weeks) with no resolution.
Can someone please help with this? Can the repair be escalated, with update notices sent out?
