Open box item- how to get rid of the "back to demo"

Hello, I brought a open box Alienware X51. I think it was originally for display, so it still has the Best Buy software on it. Every time I close it, all changes are deleted. So how do I get rid of the Bestbuy display software?(PS do i need speakers? I used head phones but it didn't work)

Just curious, what did you try to do with the headphones? O.o

You need to take it back to the store to have them remove it.
