Hello,
I purchased refurb Motorola Xoom tablet last week, and I have not received charger and USB !!! what shall I do?

The kind of cable you mean is missing the D+ and D- data lines. It simply doesn't have those wires inside the cable. You can test for continuity or resistance using a multimeter. Probe between the corresponding data pins: D+ on one side to D+ on the other, or D- to D-. The D+/D- lines are the middle two pins of a USB connector. Just select one on one side of the cable, and test continuity to both of the middle pins on the other side.
