Is there a way to download the Driver software without a CD? I have a macbook air without a CD player and you can not use the adapter without the drive

Hello D.j.Strachan,
Welcome to our community. You should be able to download the necessary drivers from the Insignia™ product page here under the "Support & Downloads" tab. If you're currently unable to access the internet on the computer with which you're wanting to use this adapter, you should be able to download it on another device and load the firmware file onto a flash drive, which you could then connect to your MacBook.
I hope this is helpful. Let us know if you have any other questions, anytime.

Hello Sam. Same issue as D J Strachan from 10/1/18. I do not have a CD Drive to use the CD that has the drivers.
Insignia's support website does not have the drivers available for download, either, although you previously indicated it did (BTW that link went to a different product).
Any other ideas? Thanks.

Hello InnerCircle,
Welcome to our community.
Since the driver files are not on our website as you've stated, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289 for further assistance.
Thank you for writing to us.
